My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay at this property. the little extra welcoming touches truly exceeded our expectations, from the assortment of snacks and fresh milk in the fridge to the selection of toiletries. the huge bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep. Communication with the owners was outstanding, as they provided us with valuable tips for sightseeing and even offered us a lift to our evening venue. the location was absolutely beautiful, with the Lickey hills just a stone's throw away for a lovely walk with our dog Mutley. the host, Phil, was exceptionally informative and helpful, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. the attention to detail in providing ample fresh milk, cereal, and snacks, as well as the provision of doggy biscuits for Mutley, truly showcased the thoughtfulness and care of the owners. the studio annex was homely, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Overall, our experience at this property far exceeded our high expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful and welcoming accommodation in a picturesque setting.
